The Schaden statistic listed on individual Waffe pages is the base amount of Schaden inflicted by the weapon. This amount is then modified depending on the player's Fertigkeiten and Talente and the extent to which the weapon has been improved by Schmiedekunst. The calculation is done according to the following formula (as calculated by the play testers on UESP wiki):

displayed Schaden =	(base Schaden + smithing increase) * (1 + 0.5 * skill/100) * (1 + perk effects) * (1 + item effects)
Perk Effekte =	0.2 * Barbarian/Armsman/Overdraw rank level
Schaden =	((Right Hand displayed Schaden * (1 + Power Attack Bonus) * (1 + Dual Power Attack Bonus) * (1 + Power Attack Perk) * (1 + Dual Power Attack perk)) * Dual Power Attack Mod) + ((Left Hand displayed Schaden * (1 + Power Attack Bonus) * (1 + Dual Power Attack Bonus) * (1 + Power Attack Perk) * (1 + Dual Power Attack perk)) * Dual Power Attack Mod)
Power Attack Bonus =    Dual Power Attack Bonus =   Power Attack Perk =   Dual Power Attack Perk =   Dual Power Attack Mod =	1 if power attacking 0.125 if power attacking with dual Waffen 0.25 if power attacking and you have Savage Strike or Devastating Blow 0.5 if power attacking with two Waffen and you have Dual Savagery 2/3 for the right and 1/3 for the left hand
