The Ost-Kaiserliche Handelsgesellschaft is the Trading Company's office in Windhelm. The building itself is located on the docks at the far west end.
The place is rather run-down, and Orthus Endario apologized for that, telling of troubles the company has with pirate attacks on their fleet, very much destroying any form of revenue.
