Levels 6 – 11: Targets take 10 points of frost damage and 5 points of Stamina damage. Creatures and people up to level 7 to flee for 30 seconds. Levels 12 – 18: Targets take 15 points of frost damage and 7.5 points of Stamina damage. Creatures and people up to level 10 to flee for 30 seconds. Levels 19 – 26: Targets take 20 points of frost damage and 10 points of Stamina damage. Creatures and people up to level 12 to flee for 30 seconds. Levels 27+: Targets take 25 points of frost damage and 12.5 points of Stamina damage. Creatures and people up to level 16 to flee for 30 seconds.
